Return Policy

无条件换货 
  • 关于无条件换货

  1. 仅提供换货，不能退货退款。
  2. 若有尺寸不合问题，可选择于收到货的3天内（收到货当日算起）联系我们办理换货并在此时限内寄回。
  3. 若商品价钱不同可补差价，只限更换同等或以上价位的商品，可选多件
  4. 不适用于优惠商品、内衣裤、饰品和特别声明不可退换货的商品
  5. 不适用于使用 PROMO CODE 下单的商品。
  6. 换货商品请保持寄送时的完整性（原包装与收据、未经修改和清洗、吊牌未拆），若寄回的商品未符合上述标准将不予以更换。
  7. 换货来回邮费需顾客自行承担（西马RM8/东马 RM15），建议使用 J&T/Skynet/Poslaju 邮寄公司以方便查询。
  8. 所有换货需预先联系客服并选择您要更换的商品，若未经联系并把商品寄回将不受理
  9. 每个订单只能退换一次
  10. 为了避免混乱和遗失，退换货商品不可保留，会在收到更换的商品的3天工作日内寄出


  • 换货流程
      1.  商品收到货当日算起的3天内联系客服并选择您要更换的商品
      2.  请提供单据供查询哦
      3 . 付款邮费并提供邮寄资料
      4. 3天内寄出了请提供单号通知客服，方便客服留意查收，逾期将无法更换
      5  .客服收到后检查货物情况并在3个工作日内寄出


EXCHANGE POLICY
  1. We only accept item exchange. No cash refund is allowed.
  2. For any problem regarding to the size, you may choose to contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
  3.  All item must be shipped back within 3 days upon item received.
  4. If the price of the product is different, the difference can be made up. Only the product of the same or above price can be replaced  .(Multiple pieces can be selected）
  5. Not applicable for sale items, accessories, inner wear and specifically stated non-returnable item
  6.  Orders placed using PROMO CODE are not applicable for exchange and returns.
  7.  All Items must be returned in original condition (same packaging, original receipt, unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  8. All return & exchange shipping cost will be borne by buyer (West Malaysia RM8/ East Malaysia RM15)
  9. Return won't be accept if we do not receive RETURN NOTICE from customers
  10. Returns can only made one time per order.
  11. All exchange item cannot be reserved. We will ship out within 3 working days.
  12.  We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn't meet all mentioned conditions

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Contact us within 3 days from the day the parcel is received and choose the item you want to exchange.
2. Please provide receipt for inquiry.
3. Make payment of postage and provide shipping information.
4. Please notify us with the tracking number and it will not be able to exchange after the timeframe mentioned.
5. After receiving your parcel, we will check the condition of the item and send out within 3 working days.
